Mindy Grossman

Ms. Grossman has more than 30 years of corporate leadership and boardroom experience, including her current role as President and Chief Executive Officer of WW (formerly Weight Watchers), a title that she has held since July 2017. Prior to WW, Ms. Grossman served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at HSNi, as well as Chief Executive Officer of IAC Retail, the former parent company of HSNi, which she took public in 2008. Ms. Grossman has previously held various senior leadership roles at Nike, Ralph Lauren, Warnaco, Tommy Hilfiger and Oxford Industries. She currently serves as Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of UNICEF USA, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Fanatics, Inc.
